2011年6月11日、12日に東京ドームで「東日本大震災復興支援チャリティライブ　KYOSUKE HIMURO GIG at TOKYO DOME “We Are Down But Never Give Up!!”　と題してチャリティライブを行った氷室京介。本公演の模様を完全収録したＤＶＤが２０１１年12月14日（水）にリリースされる事が決定。

チャリティライブという事で「少しでも賛同してくれる人が増えれば・・・」という想いから全曲BOOWY楽曲で行われた本公演。東京ドーム収容人数の5万5千人に対し、公演決定の発表後には40万件以上のチケット予約申し込みが殺到。急遽翌12日の追加公演が発表された。それでもチケットが入手困難であったため、公演前から映像作品を切望する声があがる程、リリースが強く求められていた。

２日間同じ楽曲構成で行われた本公演のＤＶＤ収録楽曲は「DREAMIN'」「B.BLUE」「NO.NEW YORK」などBOOWYを代表する楽曲から、「LONGER THAN FOREVER」「MEMORY」「B・Ｅ・Ｌ・Ｉ・Ｅ・Ｖ・E」などのバラード楽曲、そして「PLASTIC BOMB」や「“１６”」など、ファン垂涎の楽曲まで網羅した内容になっている。

尚、本ＤＶＤ作品の販売により発生する氷室京介本人の著作権料は全額、著作権管理団体JASRACが行っている【東日本大震災復興支援基金「こころ音」基金】に拠出することが決っている。

国債や借入金、政府短期証券の残高を合計した「国の借金」の2011年度末の残高見込みが1000兆円を突破する見通しとなったことが21日、わかった。東日本大震災の復興財源を賄うため、11年度第3次補正予算案で復興債を11兆5500億円発行することなどが影響する。
　国の借金は6月末時点で943兆8096億円と過去最大額に膨らんでいる。財務省は11年度末の残高を995兆9232億円（2次補正予算ベース）と見込んでいたが、3次補正編成に伴い一層の拡大が避けられない状況となった。

政府打算活化觀塘這個工廠區。計我話，觀塘這區一早就已經由葛爺（葛民輝）領軍搞得生龍活虎，單是一條興業街，有阿葛的 4A、老友張震嶽的 WORK n PLAY、同事兼老死 Alan的女裝潮店 The Fat Community，行過對面馬路又有亦師亦友亦拍檔馬田一鳴的 RMC，潮到嘭嘭聲。明明生勾勾好地地，活咩化?!時裝工業，就在此地，政府都係慳啲啦！

葛爺 4A愛黑遊樂場

腳踏觀塘工業區摷潮舖，有邊個唔識去探探葛民輝的 4A秘密基地？與其說它是一間潮店，不如說這裏是葛爺的遊樂場。自家品牌 4A Like Black貨不多，沒有一千幾百件等住大家入來大手掃貨，甚至店內每個擺設和貨品，都是葛爺自己的玩具，店員輝仔說：「這裏賣嘅貨其實原本係阿葛自己着用，根本唔係要賺錢做生意。就好似佢喜歡黑色，場內見到的就全部是黑色，只係後來有相熟朋友要求白色先會做幾件。其他 accessories都係阿葛平日會用的物品，同埋佢鍾意玩嘅玩具。」
至於為何睇中觀塘區駐紮？店長兼阿葛好朋友 Stanley直截了當說：「租平，地方又大囉！而且就腳嘛，阿葛返完電台再來舖頭，揸車過條東隧又去到港島同其他合作單位開會，一條龍！」難怪葛爺多年唔走，仲帶埋其他老友一齊來觀塘發達！

其實大家認知"羅生門"既意思。。。。唔係出自短篇"羅生門" !

就係因為短,所以十分容易消化. 多數作品係描寫日本10s, 20s 年代(第一次世界大戰後)既民生情況,對我黎講系幾新鮮.

That's a place named "霧社" in 南投縣...I remember I saw its road sign before..
