花旗昨日發表的置業調查顯示，16%受訪成年港女稱沒有物業寧不結婚；18%港女更稱，若對方無樓，連「拍拖」也不會考慮。可見男人無樓，連「拖手」的資格都沒有，更別想「見未來外母」。該行訪問1,070名18歲以上本港居民，發現非常同意／同意「沒有物業傾向不結婚」，及「拍拖對象是否擁有物業是重要考慮條件」的受訪者比例分別為14%及13%，其中女性對上述議題更為關注，比率高達16%及18%，即每5.5個本港成年女性，即有一個會因男方沒有物業，連「拍拖」的機會都不會給予對方！港男要找個伴面臨極嚴峻考驗。因此，調查報告顯示，希望政府幫助置業的受訪者，由去年的42%增至今年的48%，而認為政府毋須幫助市民置業的受訪者比例，則下跌10個百分點至24%，其中18至34歲的受訪者當中，更高達57%希望政府可以「幫幫手」。港男有無樓「揸手」，確會影響到終身大事。去年10月運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺出席一個學生分享座談會時，有中大學生反映在港置業難，抱怨「女友話冇樓就唔嫁」。當時鄭汝樺反駁稱：「結婚係唔係一定要買樓。」其後有不少言論批評年輕人急於「上車」置業，或事事要政府幫忙。

their price for used 寶珀([color=#cc0033]Blancpain[/color]) is not too expensive ..
even cheaper than Rolex and Omega ...
of course , older / smaller size model ...............38 mm ......enough la ...
