Under this circumstances, I believe it is normal to feel sleepy
when you reach home.

Of course, age is a concerned too.   

However, if you could schedule yourself to take exercise
for half an hour, probably every morning before you go to work,

Hi Maki,
I do have sleeping problem too. 4425 hing is right do some exercise
You do not have do exercise everyday, just few time a week and try to maintain as routine.
Also try something like rice or bread in dinner because carbon-hydrate will make you feel better next morning.
