New IPO
I am new to investment. I have just got some new IPO shares. How can I sell them? I need to open an account in bank, right? I do not buy and
sell stocks very often. Anyone knows which bnak charge me the least? I
only need the account to sell the IPO stocks only.

no matter you intention is, you need to open an stock account. You can open at the bank or 証卷行. The charges will very subject to the company you select. As per your describe, you should hold the 實股 in hand, at this connection, some additional charges you need to bear
