好容易啫，好似我咁差不多有一年無去滾，偕因有私人飯盒(HK & SZ)，不過唔係好似去滾咁，幾時鍾意食就可以即刻去食。

You may wish to create circumstance that stop you to roaming about. Say, render your salary to your wife, so that you have no money to meet the girls.
You may read books about the harm of meeting girls outside. The more you read, the less intention to go fuxking around.
For a long term, you may develope another hobby which you are interested at.

So do I. I have tried 2 or 3 times. I failed to do so. So, my experience is not a good reference. Just like quitting smoking, I have tried twice. 1st time, it was 9 months, 2nd time, it was 1 year. However, I think It is whether you have the faith or not.
