I live in one of Sino Land's properties, I have to say the materials used for buildings aren't that great.  Not forget to mention poor property management :nono:

if you think Sino Land and Hang Lung Properteis are that bad, howcome they can outperform those big developers such as SHKP and Henderson Land?
