Both are good, but 939 (52-week hi/lo 5.02/8.217) seems more volatile than 1398 (52-week hi/lo 4.68/6.77). My view is that if you are looking for long-term stable growth, 1398 may be better. But if you are more interested in short-term fluctuation gain, 939 may be more rewarding. It all depends on your own investment strategy.

There is market rumour that Bank of America is considering to sell up to 50% of its 10% shareholding in 939. If this is true, the price of 939 may be under pressure for a while.

#939 move faster than #1398, you can see in the stock price trend, for china bank stock, for suggestion:
To hold #939 and #3968 is a not bad choice

Today HSI dropped more than 900 points.
939 is at 5.13, dropped 5.35% (PE 7.77)
1398 is at 4.15 dropped 7.57% (PE7.26)
Therefore personally I would choose 1398 due to
1)it is more oversold,
2) it is cheaper, we can buy more stock with same amount of money
3) PE is lower.:lol :lol

The current price for
939 is at 5.03
1394 is at 3.99
The price ratio is about 5:4
We can compare which is better after a period of time, say 1 month later by buying
4 lots of 939 and 5 lots of 1394 (same amount of money)
