I would like to know too. It seems Beijing doesn't have those "high end" sauna places like Shanghai....

just go to hotel (not 5 star level hotel) KTV. The cost shall be acceptable. however, if you only have 1 person, then you can't go to anywhere.
Each KTV has a min room charge as well as service charge. The perfect arrangement is to have 3 to 4 people together
