剧情简介:
20世纪60年代，安保运动如火如荼，日本社会动荡不安，革命派的行动愈演愈烈。一个名为四季的组织，其成员皆以年、月、星期、季节作代号。某晚，十月率领其成员潜入美军基地，盗出数箱军火。任务几近完成之际行踪暴露，十月之队与美军守卫发生激烈枪战，伤亡惨重，十月也受伤失明。在此之后，兄弟组织冬组强占了他们夺来的军火，十月的领导兼情人秋也对其大加挞伐。被逼无奈，十月和其同伴们决定脱离组织，发起针对东京的炸弹袭击……
该片上映之初，适逢新宿炸弹事件而被迫推迟上映。片中插曲《在寂静的最前线》，三十多年后用到了若松另一部作品《联合赤军实录》中，既是出于成本的考虑，也是对曾帮助他推动影片上映的联合赤军成员远山美枝子的祭奠。
