Get a SIM card for an old mobile phone inside Hk airport's restricted area?

Hi,

I will be flying to Beijing from San Francisco in November. I will have a one and half hour transit stop in Hong Kong.  I just wonder if I can get a SIM card for my mobile phone while in the restricted area at the airport; a SIM card that will allow me to make calls both in HK and China?  This is an used HK mobile phone.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
