《致命弯道4》受到很大的关注，在第四部中讲述了一群朋友决定在寒假期间去滑雪橇。他们制造出了“致命弯道”，在暴风雪中迷路了，然后他们在一个废弃的疗养院里找了了住所。他们完全被这场暴风雪所隔离，而且对于能在这场自然灾难中幸存而感到幸运。但是他们所找到的这个疗养院有着非常可怕的过去，而且这所疗养院之前住的病人现在依旧在住着，并且这些病人对于他们的入侵感到非常的反感。开始展开了一场致命的“猫捉老鼠”的游戏，这群还在上大学的孩子们必须去战斗否则活不过一个晚上。在这紧要的关头，他们只有通过他们的智慧才能生存。
Follows a group of friends that decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. They make a "wrong turn", getting lost in a storm, and seek shelter in an abandoned sanatorium. They are completely isolated by the storm and are thankful they can get out of the elements.
