論景觀, 當然無藍灣甘壯觀
壹號賣點係市區海景view,
一家大細, 始終都會揀市區, 方便返工返學
睇過壹號 or 住過壹號就知唔係甘過癮,
果d貨船係甘噴黑煙, 一大陣氣油味, 三十樓以下都幾惡頂
