if you want to avoid extra charges, visit after Feb 22, should be safe.

Thank you for your info.
I last visited on the 4th when the extra was already effected. There was no formal notice but they did mention about the extra before you were escorted to your room.
I think the extra charge is fair. After all, it is just once in a year. But I am surprised that the extra charge period is so long.
Have we met before?
