我的mail突然就不能收發了~~錯誤訊息如下

check your server
1, check can you access Internet, for example open a http web page
2, telnet ms28.url.com.tw 25
and telnet ms28.url.com.tw 110
test the server's port
3, try another mail clien software to receive email
