今早聽石SiR,有個聽眾打去問有一千萬問點投資!佢大約叫人買(2628)中人壽、(388)港交所、(1133)哈爾濱動力、(1138)中海發展、同(2800)盈富基金長揸喎:D:D如果您有您會買咩?嘻~~嘻

I am not talking about "to live in". If based on that criteria, there are quite a few cities to choose from. HK$10m is not a lot in absolute $ terms. It is just under US$1.3m.:o:reading::lookaround::hamsup::P:wave:

Can. I am earning 6.5% on AUD deposit (but must be placed within Australia). For HK$10m liquid cash, that can earn HK$650,000 per year. Should be enough if you don't have to pay mortgage and lead a luxury life style. :):verygood::o

HK$650,000.00 一 年 即 約 HK$55,000.00 一 個 月 。 當 然 比 好 多 人 好 , 但 係 都 唔 可 以 亂 洗 囉 (千 其 唔 好 再 供 樓 ) :oh::oh::oh:

#388 at current price is not so attractive. If I were you, will split $3m between #388 and #945. ;P:):hamsup::o:oh: $3m for HSBC is OK. The rest I would rather earn interest and use margins for IPO. :o:quiet::lookaround:
