劇情簡介：
延續上一集《惡靈戰警》中的事件結束後，強尼佈雷茲﹙尼可拉斯凱吉 飾﹚在東歐避風頭，他始終認為自己擁有的力量是一種詛咒。然而關乎命運的某徵兆總是不請自來，某種以人形顯現的邪惡力量橫行，他被一個隸屬戰爭麥可修道會成員召喚，以阻止這股惡勢力。任務內容為守護一對母子，讓他們成功逃離神秘人洛亞克的追殺。同時，這名神秘人洛亞克握有惡靈戰警數個世紀以來的所有秘密，強尼勢必再度化身惡靈戰警與之對抗，以解開這個古老的詛咒。
由《鋼鐵人》億萬團隊打造、改編自漫威（MARVEL）漫畫的超級英雄電影《3D惡靈戰警：復仇時刻》，為開春首部超級英雄強片，這次製片群換掉2007年首集導演馬克史蒂芬強生，由《快克殺手》雙導拍檔接手執導，《黑暗騎士》編劇大衛哥雅撰寫故事，故事劇情升級，等同於是浴火重生的全新惡靈戰警。
