Ryu先天失聰難以和外界溝通，從小沒有朋友，自父母去世後一直和姐姐相依為命，對於他來說心?只有這一位摯愛的姐姐卻患上了絕癥需要移植腎臟，Ryu想捐獻自己的腎臟卻因血型不合適而被拒絕。不久，Ryu又被工廠辭退，為了醫好姐姐，他到黑市賣腎籌取醫療費用，卻沒想到受騙上當，一顆腎被白白割走。於是Ryu和女友計劃綁架工廠老板的女兒，然而事情出了意外，老板女兒意外淹死，這使得早先因經濟風暴被老婆拋棄，與女兒相依為命的老板放棄自己一貫的善良本性，開始了自己的報仇之路；另一邊Ryu的姐姐在得知弟弟的所作所為之後也自殺身亡，瘋狂的Ryu也打算殺光騙取自己腎臟的黑市團夥……
