汪世忠為公司董事總經理。數年前汪世忠以高達五成折讓私有化太平協和，至今市場仍記憶猶新。中國地產的初步招股文件指出，上市後有75％權益由汪世忠持有，他將成為公司控權股東，公司不能保證控權股東日後不提私有化建議。汪世忠昨亦有出席推介會，會後沒有回應傳媒提問，只說「所有事留在招股記者會回答」。:saujai::saujai:
