I trust their service is just ok, 有些小茱都吾錯,如石頭魚,無骨醉鐃鴨,但價錢都比交貴,我已少去,會選去東海或魚翅城, More vaule for the price.

魚翅城 is expensive and not really vavle for money!:(:o:wondering::oh:

東海 is no good. They downgraded themselves to become the cheap eats. This is a case study on how you can ruin a brand so quickly and so completely. I would rather choose 鴻星 between the two。
魚翅城 - I rate them highly. Their dimsum is probably among the best, hotel restaurants included. I am going there at least twice a week. Their quality is probably better than most restaurants in 5 star hotels, yet their prices could be 20% - 30% cheaper.

What? 鴻星 is getting cheaper and cheaper and food quality is poor. Just look at those locations at Cheung Sha Wan and HungHom (just terrible food and service). I prefer 東海 and Victoria (Hoi Do) any time!;P:P:o:reading::soldier:

I never said 鴻星 is good but 東海 is terrible. I won't go to neither anyway.
If you go to a restaurant at Cheung Sha Wan and HungHom, you get the service that is commensurate with Cheung Sha Wan and Hunghom. What else can you expect.

I was to Hung Sing in Nathan Rd TST last week, really bad.
We ordered a package of dinner, and it served a steam fish but with 2 pcs of fatty pork, and claimed
it was the "old style" cooking. Look horriable and taste awful.
