◎簡　　介
　　19世紀歐洲鄉下，名叫迪拉米的小村莊遭到傳說中的狼人血腥洗禮，市井巷陌，屍橫遍野，慘不忍睹。被咬的人即使幸存也面臨感染變異的危險，死亡是他們唯一的歸宿。恐怖愁雲彌漫在這片蒼涼的土地上空。來自迪拉米的幸存者悲憤交加，他給出高額懸賞雇佣勇士獵殺狼人。貪圖錢財的雷人們相風而動，其中不乏渾水摸魚之徒。不忍見眼前這沒有止境的慘狀，青年醫生丹尼爾（蓋伊·威爾遜 Guy Wilson 飾）決定隨同一群獵人們臨時組建的獵殺團隊尋找狼人。
　　時至深秋，滿月當空。躲藏在暗處的怪物們正張開充滿貪婪與飢餓的獠牙，丹尼爾一行必須在冬至之前找到獵物，以防止它們中間最為恐怖的家伙實現完全的轉化……
