學生時代我最多都係跑 5,000 米。:afraid:

最少十公里…即係10000米~

使唔使用一個鐘完成？　:wondering:

後生年代，試過跑 1,500 米要過 5 分鐘，5,000米好似係要 2x 分鐘，我估 10,000 米要 1個鐘以上。
