貼士很看服務,我並不定死一、二百,甚或更高,
但對於以上情况,很明顯是明知故犯,也是較差的一類:oh: [size=6][color=red]工夫不足,錢要十足[/color][/size]

這亦在於技師個人,令人覺她連基本足鐘也「偷雞」,其他更不用講:wave: :wave:

Ching, you are not alone. I had a similar experience in here. I supposed to get $10 change back, but that BG said most ppl would just give them as extra tips. I told her all shops pay me back without any complain, and she still felt like I am cheap or something. I never plan to speak out because I don't plan to visit again, but when I see Ching also had this kind of experience, I decided to share my bad experience as well. Good luck to other Ching who visit this shop. :Q

這場轉名後，我去過3、4次，可能我時運高，沒遇到上述問題，返而可能因為新張，所以服務態度都很好，老闆娘笑起來都愛帶2聲HeHe聲，嬌俏可人。

LL?做過一次啊，不錯呀，初初有點cool，但做完第一part，已經有講有笑了，可能你那天唔好彩吧!她們一般很怕得罪客人的，邊有咁多熟客?之唔係由生客慢慢儲存來的？你不幸的遭遇我也遇過，只要不是臭寸的，通常都放生，尤其是靚女

[/quote]尖沙咀其中一間樓上Spa係我�鴷D場,幫襯了很多年,跟老闆娘亦非常熟絡。但近年老闆娘已很少駐場,最近去兩次技師都R貼士(......我地D客都好豪��,你知比幾錢啦......),最近呢次,個技師一路�K,一路話自己無力,�K我唔到,係度補定飛!到Part 2更發生不愉快事件,本來想反抬,但心想如果搞大��,驚動差人,俾老婆知道就麻煩,唯有若無其事。最精彩係靚女技師竟然若無其事,笑笑口向我R貼士,OK,我照俾!不過,要向老細講聲唔好意思,我以後唔會再出現!珍重!
Hints:加連威老道近彌敦道,兩個字!

我經驗是一般技師欲一定要收心想的小費時(例如$200)通常[color=red]事先[/color][color=#000000]說明,相方ok先繼續:lol [/color]

[color=#000000]如[/color][color=#ff0000]事先[/color][color=black]沒說明的話,大都是由人客心出,以上情況暫時還未遇過~~(下次你話這�堣p費$500、$1000甘咪打死狗??)[/color]

I had your feeling 1 year ago already.  some bg must have tried out this trick telling each customer "..now standard tip is $200/300.." la...they just took advantage of the "soft-heart" and "want face" of male customers.  So gradually it become the norm.  If we usb-goers continue to be "soft-heart" I am sure this situation will get worse.

I think many c-hings mis-perceived the logic of pricing of these usb-spas.  Lets first see the normal charges- around 500 for 120 mins for spa and $300 for 90 mins oil massage. The reasonable splitting of this should be around 500 spa=> 200 to house 300 to bg, and $300 oil mass=> 100 house 200 to bg.  These are all on vegi-base. So considering this rate the house is making very nice profit (just say 3 spas and 8 oil mass on average= 1400/day) and what bg can earn here is already encouraging comparing to sauna house. (considering  there's additional incentive here for the bg are 1) less chance of bumping into undercover police snake 2) more at liberty for day-offs and far less pressure at clock in for work 3) more option of offering open big to get more tips). If the splitting leans more to the house side, it only means the business must be considerably more than my presumption for it to be attractive to keep bgs there.
So I think  $100 for vegi (for regular bg who really make effort to soothe your tension/pains) and 200 for pilots is already good tip, though maybe not exactly really generous. I am sure at this rate, they can definitely earn more than in saunas already, not even taking into consideration the extra-extra services.  But as you mentioned they are demanding for more now.  Don't forget we as customers do not really benefit from these places, its just another option if we have insufficient time to go to sauna, then we can pay less for simlar massages.

That is why, I have been reluctant and had hardly been to these places for almost a year already. I agreed with another c-hing saying these usb-spas are dying if they carry on extorting tips in such manner.

For $300 massage $130-150 goes to the girl depending
on the shop.
For $500 spa service $180-200 goes to the girl.
