[color=#7f03f][size=2]香芹 (Parsley) 伴碟用 [/size][/color]

[color=#7f03f][size=2]1)大鍋燒滾水,加入1湯匙鹽, 意粉按包裝指示分鐘少1分鐘來煮, 撈起瀝乾水份備用 [/size][/color]
[color=#7f03f][size=2]2)煮意粉同時, 湯碗打入雞蛋,加入鹽、黑胡椒、Whipping Cream及3湯匙芝士碎,拌勻備用 [/size][/color]
[color=#7f03f][size=2]3)平底鍋下牛油,中火炒香洋蔥和煙肉,約4分鐘 [/size][/color]
[color=#7f03f][size=2]4)然後加入瀝乾水份的意粉炒勻,約1分鐘 [/size][/color]
