板前(TST shop is less crowded relatively) and another one (name forgotten..."Wor Fung"????) on Cochraine Street upstairs, Central just beside the mid-level escalator.....food yummy and fresh~~

Why don't you like 板前? because of the price level? But I think that their price level is reasonable with such a food quality level.

The other one is also known as "New Wor Fung" (meant new gentle-breeze in Eng.) while her proper name is forgotten. Situated at 2/F or 3/F upstair of an old building adjacent to that Mid-Level Escalator.:verygood::jump:

尋日比我發現銅鑼灣黃金廣場有間叫一門,食得過,幾好食,價錢唔算貴,d野食幾巧手,可以一試.
板前?以前未紅前仲要等兩個鐘個時就好食,宜家?請我都唔去仲要等餐飽.
和民又係同板前一樣,尖沙咀第一間開個時都無乜人去,唔駛等位個時真係最好食,樣樣都有水準,之後一路人多一路開分店一路差,但唔明點解我見門口都仲要等位.
魚一丁就叫做keep到,幾間分店d味道都差不多,係想食日本野但又唔想博既選擇,佢無乜驚喜比到你,但唔會差囉,個冷面沙拉幾好食,總之就穩穩陣陣食得過.
其餘果d咩一壽司,風壽司(唔記得係咪,白沙道隔離太平館上d果間),壽屍亭呀,最衰個間咩和花亭,元氣仲好食過佢,都不入流.
有時唔知點解,元綠都要排對,香港人真係發壽司寒.
其實呢d日式連所店真係要向翠華學習,一開分店d水準就keep唔到,翠華個套管理方法真係唔小野,間間都一樣味一樣咁好食,就連一杯13蚊既咖啡都好飲過人.

:afraid: 其實阿標都有睇過,大約兩三星期前蔡瀾寫的,他帶倪匡去食完後,問倪匡如何?
倪匡大概這樣答:我俾 100分!服務俾 90分,食物俾 10分,加埋 100分!;P
:L 其實,阿標對呢類挾盛名而臨的過江龍,經驗上已告知不應存什麼期望!要嘗試他們的真功夫,最應該的,是到他們的發源地老店嘗試!不過,時機場合所限,人生能有幾多如此機緣呢?所以,今次姑且在香港試一餐,反正第一餐的價錢除食物外,還包括去看看、嚐嚐新的潛在價值,這價值的大小見仁見智,是十分主觀的,阿標今次身先士卒,當自己笨笨地多付了嚐新費用也罷,若食物不好,就肯定沒第二次了! :L
