I want to buy good quality local 牛頸肉, which market can I buy from please?

I did try at a few wet market stalls but the quality is just no where as good as you get in hot pot restaurants.

未聽過, 普通牛肉當冇牛頸肉賣咩?

I promise if you go to 牛皇星 - 佐敦吳松街153號 and try their hotpot then you will know what I mean by the taste.

Their 牛頸 and 金錢展 taste so special. I cannot describe the taste to you but I have not tasted any other type of beer like this. You will not be able to find this type of quality in 普通牛肉當 or even from good USDA beef.

I am a regular at 牛皇星 and I go there at least once every 2-3 weeks.

Actually I don't mind paying more from the wet market if they were selling it directly.
