保利香港(119.HK)公布, 中信泰富(267.HK)主席榮智健將以4.57億港元, 認購該公司16.65%股權, 成為第二大股東。
該公司表示, 將以每股1.70港元向榮智健發行2.69億股新股, 每股作價較停牌前報1.72元折讓1.16%。
保利香港表示, 發行新股所得資金將用於發展上海浦東一個地產項目。
保利香港已申請股份今早復牌。
保利香港<0119.HK>獲榮智健入股，復牌高見$2.21，逼近52周高位$2.344，最新報$2.11，逆市急升23%，成交增至548萬股。
