對，假若安排給你的是華為的上網設備，一但天氣太熱（超過三十度）或行雷閃電之時，都有機會不能服務。

Customer Service is very......bad. Cannot complaint /reach senior staff. Stopped at the hotline. I will change it. Hope this can help u make decision.
