[font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Manage, administer     and maintain Backup Systems, Tape Libraries and other backup storage     technologies;[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font] [*][font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Liaise with vendors for technical issues resolution;[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font] [*][font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Assisting the Senior IT staff in setting up, review and     monitor adherence to hardware and software standards as well as     intellectual property compliance;[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font] [*][font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Provide helpdesk support for all computer users;[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font] [*][font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Provide technical training to computer users when     required.[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font][/list]

[font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Holder of     professional certificate is preferable e.g. MCP / MCSE / CCNP / CCIE;[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font] [*][font=&quot][size=10.0pt]3 years IT experience in supporting POS application and     data centre operation;[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font] [*][font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Experience in Windows Server, AD servers, Linux, Unix,     MS SQL, Oracle, VMWare, LAN / WAN inter-networking equipment;[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font] [*][font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Programming knowledge (PHP / HTML / MySQL) would be an     advantage;[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font] [*][font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Excellent teamwork, Self-motivated, customer handling     skills, communication skill, analytical, problem-solving and willing to     work under pressure;[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt][/size][/font] [*][font=&quot][size=10.0pt]Good command in Chinese, English, Putonghua is an advantage.[/size][/font][font=&quot][size=9.0pt] [/size][/font][/list]
