IPO:澳華黃金
澳華去年蝕1.24億 豬年首隻礦產股 下周應市

【明報專訊】已經在澳洲上市的澳華黃金，於下周一開始招股，下周四截止，並於本月16日上市，將集資約1億美元（7.8億港元），成為今年首隻礦產類新股，也將成為首隻在澳洲及香港兩地同時上市的股份。根據上星期公布的去年業績，澳華全年虧損2005萬澳元（1.24億港元），按年減少23％；營業額就按年跌21％，至870萬澳元（5383萬港元）。
源於財務費用估值損失
公司方面解釋，出現虧損是因為有620萬澳元（3837萬港元）的財務費用，及非現金的會計上估值損失達1140萬澳元（7052萬港元）。不過，澳華其實自04年開始，已經連續3年出現虧損。
澳華截至去年底的手頭現金為2151萬澳元（1.33億港元），總負債則為2.22億澳元（13.7億港元）。而澳華在澳洲的股價，過去一年就由3.9澳元升至昨天收市的7.95澳元，升幅達1.04倍。
澳華今次來港上市，主要是要籌措資金發展在吉林省的White Mountain金礦。該金礦經勘探後估計的礦產資源儲藏量為770萬噸，可開採84.6萬盎司黃金，如鑽探及評估繼續有正面的結果，預計將在今年年底開始發展。
澳華另一項目是在貴州爛泥溝的錦豐金礦。澳華在去年已經投資了9000萬美元在有關項目上，並將再投入多500萬美元。錦豐金礦有400萬盎司的礦產資源儲藏量，及儲有290萬盎司金的金礦，將於本季投產，年產18萬盎司黃金，二期工程完工後將年產25萬到30萬盎司。

澳華入場費為不多於11000元

快將公開招股的澳華黃金(1862)及銀泰百貨(1833)，據悉國際配售銷情不俗，其中澳華已錄得3倍超額認購，而挾着內地零售概念的銀泰，亦有2倍超額。
根據接近承銷團的消息透露，澳華暫仍未有確實任何的招股價，不過肯定的是招股價每股最高一定不會超過55元，澳華今次上市的08年預計市盈率將為18至20倍，09年則為14倍，而澳華昨天在澳洲的收市價為7.25澳元(44.4港元)。另外，該消息人士又透露，澳華今次招股落實每手股數為200股，即入場費為不多於11000元，主要是因為國際配售的反應理想，加上濰柴動力(2338)04年上市的時候每手入場費也超過1萬元，但反應仍然非常熱烈，所以相信市場可以承受。

Even it is a company that is not making a profit since 2004? Got to read the prospectus more in depth before applying for this one. :reading::L

I am quite susprised too. I was studying HKSI paper 1 awhile ago. I thought SFC does not allow companies to be listed unless they have 3 years of profits (have to reach a certain level as well). Not a good sign... :nono:
