(星島日報報道)中糧控股（606）昨日於本港舉行投資者推介會，吸引不少基金經理出席，中糧國際（506）主席寧高寧雖以「今日唔講得�洁v為由拒絕記者訪問，但仍可以看出心情甚佳。有與會投資者表示，該股增長前景不俗，業務獨特，又是龍頭股，料認購情況會非常熱烈，憂慮基金或分貨不足。
　　中糧控股擬以每股三元一角至三元七角二仙，發行六億九千七百八十四萬六千股，每手一千股入場費三千七百五十七點五元，集資不逾二十六億元，並擬於下周四（三月八日）公開招股，二十一日主板掛牌，高盛及中銀國際任保薦人。

　　有基金經理表示，該股最大賣點在於以玉米提煉乙醇作生物燃料，雖然該業務現佔公司營業額不多，但由於公司持有國家授與的四張營業牌照中的二張，形成壟斷，加上管理層昨承諾會加大該方面業務發展，令其前景向好。

　　中糧控股除預計將成為基金愛股之外，初步招股書披露，日本三菱（MitsubishiCorp）亦斥資七十九億日圓（約五點一五億港元）認購部分新股，禁售期十二個月。去年首三季，純利達五點零七億元，按年急升一點二六倍，並預期全年純利將不少於六點二二億元。

　　公司預測今年資本開支將達三十二點九七億元，按年增近九成，主要用作興建廠房及購買設備，其中發展生物燃料及生化業務的開支有二十一億元。

I won't use margin as atmosphere is not good. If does not go up by much, may lose out if using margin. :o:quiet::soldier::afraid:

在現在市況不明朗的情況下，IPO應該還是比較安全及勝算較高的。

Is this company a semi-government owned company as similar to 1800 and 3983?

If so, the China Social Security will hold 10% IPO shares and likes to sell many in day 1.
