Correction could be over, today is crucial!

[size=3][color=Navy]IMHO, 18500 is the end of correction, March reports would be generally okay, so the reasonable index range could go up 5-10% [around 18500-22000],,, This year high could be 22000-24000, after that could be a pool of stagnant water until the 2008 Beijing OG for a big drop after unrealistic and excessive optimism,,,

Today would be crucial,,, if index goes up +150-250, obviously there is collection by big hongs and strong players,,, and small potatoes won't do anything but watching until the index reached +19500,,,

Basic factors are okay,

if today index goes up gradually for +150-250, then STRONG BUY on good stock like HSBC, local utilities, realties,,,

If I remember right, you mentioned in one of your posts with a name of big institutional investor, and saying he means it to push the HSI down 1500 points at least in the coming weeks (posted a week before 26-2)THAT IS VERY GOOD :verygood:

It is hard to tell. Today sell pressure still bigger then buy pressure. I am afraid another drop will be come few days later.:oh::oh:

Really? That would be bad news for the market, since it would take longer time to recover.:L:L:L

Better don't touch yet... I won't buy or sell any yet.

better take profit within this week when index is below 19000,,, or else the consolidation is over,,,, could be back to 19500 very quickly :saujai::saujai:

2nd step,,,,

Currently would be consolidation around 18800 - 19200,,, then +19500 before Chinese stocks release their reports, then could go either up or down,,,,

The two H share companies that will release annual earnings are 3328 and 2600, hopefully we see some good news.

Today is Thursday. I don't think it's over yet. The Yen is on the up-side again today, which may trigger more Yen buy-back of international hot-money. March is Japan's year-end closing, more Yen origined $ will have to retreat for closing. Then China Agri (606) starts IPO today, which may freeze-up a certain amount of money in the market. So overall, the risk of having another round of mild sell down/adjustment is quite high.

While the pagemaster and other 淡友 looking for fruther adjustment,,, I have been getting profit after profit by collecting after the 777 drop,,,

A correction will come after breaking new high,,, sell in May and walk away la,,,

not just now,

you have been missing the +1500 raise in index by waiting unrealistically, even the index would be dropping next time, there is hard to know if it is a correction or bear,,, but last time obviously is a moderate correction,,,  :)
