我聽過好多人或行內的骨女告訴我，這間桑拿的客是比較少，各位bro，你們可以分享原因嗎？

To me, it was a reall bad experience. I was sitting at the lounge for 30 minutes during non-peak time 4pm on Thursday. Of course, I was offerred some drink and food, but the PR/Manager never talked to me though she passed though me several times and only talked to 2 "old" customers roughly 15 minutes each. Until I stared at her when she passed by and I told her I want to go to the room for massage, then she showed me the list and I picked up on of the "popular" BG that I had visited before. Again, the service was just so so however she asked me how much tips I will give and hinted to me that $200 is the min. for 2-hour session. Actually it is also my minimum tips for BG and usually give $3000 for 2-hour session if service is above average. However that time I was very angry and I just paid $100 for 2-hour session as a punishment to her and ban this sauna too since end of last year.

這場技師是平均没有港島兩大桑拿的好,但有部份都相當唔錯,但個場吾旺,好技師又點來,好技師吾來,個場又點會旺呀,佢地管理層就真系要想下辦法,唔好浪費左個場.至於技師在房内問代支,我去了多次都末試過,系幾耐之前的事.呢個場都系是非多多,問人點解客少,引導大家說這場缺點,好高明.甘點解重有人去,應該都有D優點既,我去的原因主要是地方好,招呼可以,池区舒服,有贵賨休息室及按摩房,有水療室,有女賨(可以同女友一齊去),食品多及Ｄ客比較斯文,電視及手提電腦上網.缺點是技師好的比例小Ｄ,地點在深夜比較静,同招呼仍未夠好等

PMed to you and please check. THere are two BGs who did the same to me - tell me $100 per hour is minimum and confirm with me what amount I will give her before they guide me out the room. I had not been there since these two consecutive bad experience besides the poor service at the waiting lounge.

[color=Red]$100 is the minimum for one hour? So if you do 2 hours, you need to pay $200 tips plus $500 clock charge plus $20 tips to locker. The total is $720. Nearly the same price as OPS Causeway Bay.

吹水太過份，例如整個題目（我估根本係吹水廣告）話：
就黎轉型，講左成年足，轉個頭咩！
唔改善基本服務，水池員工懶，錢又想收；休息室員工大細超，對一些客人視而不見；
定位唔知點定，人客個個仍當佢係有得搞野的前維記，佢就話明我係正宗齋骨，生意唔好就吹水話有 VAS（根本無既，）
仲講話一百銀一鐘的貼士。
你點搵返頭客？

honestly speaking, it is difficult to get a compromise of standard rate of tips, it is really subject to the
personal perception of the dup skill of the bg, however, myview is that $100 per hour is
reasonable as i know the bg will only get the split of $40 per hour, but we have to pay the clock
charges of $500 for 2 hours, that is, the company will earn almost $400 from the bg, of course the
company have to suffer the relevant cost for keeping the house but it seems the company is too
greedy !!
may be the management could consider to give incentive to the bg by increasing the split in order
to stimulate the morale and hence attract more customers back !

確是說得中肯,服務比起其他大場,仍覺要改善,昨夜又去了,感覺客人多了好多,開始有點人氣,而場中竟有員工記出名字,當我大客甘招呼,又遇上成年冇見朋友,感覺相當好,開始有點去棕泉的感覺,只是覺得有些服務未有跟上客量,小食竟然好多到二時己沒有,如我喜愛的芒果布甸等,他們管理要多加留意,個場旺左,都要服務跟得上先得.還竟遇上明星仔湯盈盈及其鬼妹朋友去女賓,兩個姣姣地,真係幾索下,即場說笑,問請吾請男技師,哈哈...........

其實客少原因只有一個: 管理不善。做生意不能一味節省成本, 成本不單只装修, 亦包括員工培訓及人工。若員工收入不足沒有安全感, 怎會有好表現。沒有足夠培訓, 外行人又怎會有好服務 ?:lookaround:
地點雖然𣎴大方便, 但未至於無人到, 反之管理應想想如何吸引新客。在市場定位方面不能只靠平, 在香港無論多平也唔及大陸。既然皇室有好的硬件便應集中做中高檔的客。海怡, 大爺館都是平, 但沒有多少人會鍾意去。當然, 百貨有百客, 中下檔都會有捧場客。但這檔次的生意亦是最難做。:afraid:
至於技師問代支, 亦情有可恕。在客人不多的情况下, 一日可能只做一或兩個客, 若果無代支或只得三几十, 則食飯搭車也未夠 ! 所以公司應注意如何令技師和其他員工有歸屬感才是正途 ! 總好硬性要技師化粧返工! :o
現時很多桑拿一味標榜鐘錢多少代支隨意, 這是殺雞取卵的做法, 只管公司的生意鐘錢不理技師的收入, 無穩定的收入又如何留住好 (技術好 或年青)的技師 ? :burst:
有很多人常拿東方棕泉比, 但若熟悉這間場的人都知這場亦並不好。埋堆情况嚴重, 非自巳友只可返夜班, 做客亦只分到"寒底客", 從東方走出來的技師亦不少。正是好睇唔好食。:L

好既管理層，應該比番一個合理既鐘錢比技師，公司個份唔好食水咁深，多客自然大家都多收入，客人又唔使左估右估，夠竟去一次按摩要比幾多錢。:dizzy:

完全同意superheman的講法,:victory:,至於收費包代支,我就有保留,甘有Ｄ技師會有做又36,唔做又36的心態,有時我地會以多代支去表示滿意,小代支作為對不好技師的抗議.大家比甘多好意見Ｄ桑拿,希望佢地努力改進,我地Ｄ骨友可以花錢都花得開心D

If 2-hr clock charge amounts to 500, I think it is reasonable to split about 120 to the bg. As I remember for vegi massage at Golden Sauna, which amounted to 5XX, the vegi got around 120.
80 for 2 hrs sounds like vegi places where the 2-hr charge is only 3XX.

the bg's share around $120-140 for two hours sound reasonable. Understand at GFS bg gets $70/hour. Increase the BG's share will hopefully boost the morale and hence improve the service quality. management of RPS keeping the lion share of the charge is too greedy though they have high overheads. the Bg gets only the smaller share they want to make it up from the customers tips.

that's why the BG would normally ask the customer to give her tips, in fact, most of them
feel embarrassing for asking tips but in order to protect themselves they have to sound out
for tips.
i strongly believe that the BG works in RSS (a vegi place) don't want to do the hj as they only
wants to get a reasonable charge for their dup skills from the job. the management of RSS
should consider to reduce their lion share of the charge and evaluate/review the impact after
a short period of time.

我不滿意的比100蚊双鐘,滿意就比200至300.其實計下數,比起去深圳大場都吾系貴好多,我以前星期六都成日上深圳Ｄ大場如皇室假期,東方棕泉,太平洋等,例如去太平洋,按摩(要按三粒鐘才可在房內過夜),吃反,按腳,喝飲品二杯,水果,及宵夜等一個晚上差不多平均要花成350元,加上小費及車費共計要450元左右及二小時來回,真係無乜着數.有時重鬼甘多人,連位都冇得坐.在香港Ｄ大場任飲任食,Ｄ生果靚過深圳好多(我最鐘意食木瓜仔加檸汁),又有鮮果汁,我一晚起碼飲三至四杯,又有飯食,又有甜品,又有小食及湯面宵夜,重連烟都系免費.真系一晚食都食左佢成200元,最緊要系任食任飲,吾使好似去深圳桑拿甘要就住就住食（因食物真系貴得吾坻),又吾使甘頻撲坐二小時車來回,若比一百元代支及locker小費,加起來都系550元到,差$100蚊,真系除笨有精,唯一重吸引到我去深圳桑拿,相信是因那些青春的技師了.:lol但若按摩水平就香港重系比較好D.星期六又無甘深圳甘多人,坐都坐得舒服Ｄ•

agreed. Go Shenzhen for massage only is expensive. I only do this when I have business needs like meetings etc. I think the time and hassle for travelling to Shenzhen is a BIG proboem.

Agreed.
I only do massage in SZ when I have a business trip. I really dont mind paying a little more for better dup skills and save me alot more times. I still prefer HK local rather than mainland because so far HK dup skills are better.
Again, the young girls at SZ are the only talking point, but they know what they are coming for, they really dont pay 100% on service but rather to see if they can meet up someone for after hours activities.

i also understand that the RSS management would deduct 10% as their charges from the tips we
gave to the BG as a sort of admin fee etc.
in my opinion, the BG should receive the total amount (without any deduction) of the tips from her
customer as a motivator of the services provided.

That's why I said that BGs asking tips is reasonable. As I know 10 % deduction from tip is a norm in the industry, therefore, tips to BGs is very important to their daily living. In fact, if the bg is servicing you properly (of course, I mean vegi message), there is no ground to give her standard tips.

深圳我以前常去,去過皇室假期,太平洋,嘉详城,東方棕泉等,有時貪平都去下Ｄ細場,多數一次冇回頭,但都系喜歡大場多Ｄ,舒服D高級D,以平均按摩水準,一定系香港好Ｄ,當然大陸都有好的技師,但大場多以年青技師為主,按得好的比例小,反而細場年紀較大的,樣差的按得幾好,但那環境及衛生我真的接受唔到,還有星期六上去,D大場間間都人山人海,試過坐都冇位,所以现在都好少去深圳按摩了,決定留港消費:victory:

我都同意你的觀點，我都有試過上去深圳dup，但係如果上去的話，都要用咗一定時間，雖然話上面的價錢是比香港的平，但是如果你計吓條數，就知道其實計埋交通費和上面的食品費用，同你在香港都會相差無幾。因為上面好多骨場是按摩和食野是分開的，而且有些地方的食野價錢都幾昂貴，所以計過條數，都係留番香港消費比較好。
