抽唔抽606中糧控股
中糧控股<0606.HK>招股價介乎3.1-3.72元，21日主板上市
中糧控股<0606.HK>公布主板上市詳情，全球發售8.61億股，相當於擴大後股本24.67%。當中新發行股份佔6.98億股，相當於擴大後股本的20%。該股將於3月21日於主板上市。
同時，中糧香港將發1.63億股，等同於選擇收取現金替代特別股息的中糧國際<0506.HK>股東，所獲分配的股份數目。
股份發售價介乎每股3.1-3.72元。以中位數3.41元計算，集資淨額為22.47億元，當中最多19億元會用作發展燃料乙醇業務；最多3.37億元用於油籽加工業務。
保薦人為高盛亞洲。中糧香港持有中糧國際<0506.HK>74.25%股權。

800倍孖展
中糧控股昨截止認購，初步點算後共錄得約1,000倍超購，按公開發售部份金額約3.2億元計，凍結資金約3,200億元，金額僅次於工行(1398-HK)的4,156億元，比中行(3988-HK)及招行(3968-HK)凍結資金還多；據悉，在1,000倍超購金額中，約800倍來自孖展認購；中糧將以上限價3.72元定價，下周三掛牌。
消息透露，中糧控股招股反應熱烈，其香港首次公開發行的定價將為每股3.72元，屬招股範圍上限，集資金額為26億元。
中糧控股發行6.98億新股，招股價每股介乎3.10-3.72元，計及發行1.63億舊股，總集資32億元；高盛為上市保薦人；公司將於3月21日上市。

very wise. Likely fall to the $5 edge.
The best forecast made by tang sing hing is $7 by year end. may chase if under $5 but not extraordinarily worthwhile.
