「超省力法則」 槓桿工作術
如果你星期一上班8小時，就完成了一件很重要的任務，而且是你當周工作成果的80%，那個禮拜剩下的幾天裡，旁人看來，

《其實工作不必這麼累》作者理察．柯克（Richard Koch）寫道，「現在絕大多數的人都覺得工作太多、混亂、壓力大、事務龐雜、
神經緊繃、精疲力竭、士氣低落，這不令人意外。不過，仍有少數人逆勢而行，他們樂觀、有自信、輕鬆、快樂，
他們懂得維持簡單輕鬆的工作與生活。」柯克把他們稱為「80/20經理人」（80/20 Manager）。
本期主題學習將為大家介紹「80/20經理人」，學習高效人士如何把更多焦點放在「產出」（收穫），而非「投入」（耕耘）。
如同管理大師彼得．杜拉克（Peter Drucker）說過，「無論你投入了多少智慧和知識在工作上，也無論你花了多少時間，沒有效能，
就沒有『績效』可言。」
