A New Beginning~~
Today begin a new era for me.
An era which starting singlehood.
Last night toss and turn around the bed. Couldn't sleep well.... is it the bed or the new place or am i missing something... One thing for sure is that i'm missing my two doggies... normally they will sleep with me on the bed.... but last night without them around... duhz..
this morning started off badly as i'm late for work. i've estimated an hour will be enough for me to get from wanchai to chaiwan by bus. Stupid heavy traffic.....
after work i went for a jog...goodness me, i'm totally out of steam in less than 10 minutes. I really need to do something about it. I gonna loose some of my tummy fats...
this afternoon i've tasted a superb :
2003 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru, Les Baudes, Domaine Hubert Lignier
Rich nose with attractive fruit nuances. black cherry and blueberry
medium bodied, sweet cherry flavoured and tannin is just nice for me.
Heard that the wine-maker passed away and 2003 is his last vintage.....
How i wish i've lamb chops or roast meat with me at that time... i wonder if the marriage be prefect.
hmmm..... doesn't really know how to and what to write.
pardon me if you guys fall asleep after reading it.:bow:

This mOrning waking up with ache all over me.
My tummy , my thigh , my small little 'mice'.... duhz....
it's been a long long time since i last did a work-out.... 7, 8 or 10 years ??? i really lost count.
I really wonder if i can be as fit as i used to be. Nevertheless, i will work on it. At least, get back half of it.
This afternoon i took the tram from pacific place to tin hau.
It's been quite a while since i last took it. Slowly passing-by the busy area. Looking around me.....
I realised that i've never really bother to look around me for a very very long time.
As passing-by Wanchai area... i realised the japanese food resturant is no longer there.... the one that i first dated her out for dinner..... yes... the very first date..... sake , sushi .. blah blah blah....
and yes , she's no longer with me too.
Today is alcohol-free for me and i managed to knock-off early abit....
went to happy valley as i was suggested.... did only two rounds as my thighs are hurting even a slow jog.
seen alot of canine..... i really missed my two 'daughter' .... sighz... i really wonder if they were fed.
i really wonder if one of them still waiting for me behind the door as she always did when i'm late back home from work....
An ordinary day for me.... nothing special or big happened.
Tomorrow, there will be a new staff turning in.
hmmm.... admin staff..
stay cool and be positive :victory::victory:
i'm sure there will be someone, someday will appreciate what you have done.
btw, this came into my email today... kinda of :lol

Take down the label and paste it on the book. write down what's the nose and taste like as what you think. In no time, u will enjoy reading your history of wine drank. :lol:lol then go to internet.. search for the wine details... u can get informations on grapes , areas, stories.. blah blah blah...

Last night unable to write as i was in foul condition.
It's been awhile.... after knocking off from work, aimless i would say i am.
I might do some execrise to keep fit or whatever.... in the end of it. It's still aimless till i get to bed.
Been awhile i'm getting used to it as in eating alone for dinner.
Aimlessly , i dunno what to eat.... besides, i hate to eat alone at the restuarant.... in the end, Mcdonalds..... get it home and eat it as i go online.
Come to think of it, i had mcodonalds for dinner in the past 5 days... :applause::applause:
Last night feeling abit blue.... drank a 2003 vdp domaine calvet thunevin "cuvee Constance"
pepper nose and aromatic....
medium-bodied, tasty with spice...
looking ahead for it 2004 vintage as the wine-god " robert parker' gives a high score of 90 points.
Since moving to the new premises, i don't know why i kept waking up in the middle of the night. I simply couldn't sleep thru till morning as i used to be........
sometimes , i woke up a few times.... last night i had to wake up twice.
I don't know why or how or what had me to wake up..... i simply wake up...... looking around the room.... then back to sleep.
This weekend is Australian F1 grand prix .... finally the season is starting.
I heard that there might be some changes from next season.
Inclusion of Singapore Circuit into the series. Heard that Singapore will be a street course instead of a proper F1 circuit.
Another is the inclusion of Night racing as well. woww woowww wooww..
This year should be exciting as the legend retired last season.
Who will it be this year ?? your guess is my guess......

Saw the ad on the bus tv about cruelty to animals.
...sighz...
I used to know a person who just buy a doggie to please her daughter.
after having it for about 2 years... when her daughter going aboard for studies.. That person hurried and send the doggie away. Very Very bad man.
I once told ppl that animals ( doggie ) does have family members and that's you. They are taken away from their parents when young. All they have is you. why such cruelty ??
Human have friends, family members, loved ones .. expression of feelings.
However, animals.... none to them.
Today going back to yuen long area for the first time since i last moved out from there. It's going to be a long bus journey since now that i've no car. Probably the best way to kill time is to sleep.
Btw, on the 23rd March 2007 7pm-9pm. There will be a wine tasting event held.
Soiree Bar
19 Elgin Street
The wine are from The Islander Estate Vineyards.
South Australia but wine-maker is a french.

Yesterday, received a suprised call in the morning.
Surprised was that it's in the morning.... unexpected was that she's in the hospital.
She sort of wanna to end her life. Swallow numbers of sleeping pills.
Thanks goodness that her mum pop into her room and discovered it.
Knew her via my nature of work. Night time was her life.... lights, music,
alcohol, man, woman..... u named it... u found it in her life.
She's not the attractive, confident, out-spoken girl i used to know.... as i saw her in hospital... pale, sad, tearful and full of remorse.
Did not in contact with her for quite awhile as i'm busy with other accounts. We used to talk alot... and we from business associate to friends.
Was very happy for her when she met this guy ( i named him , bull ).
was told by her that bull doesn't mind at all about her nature of work.
Doesn't mind at all about her background. She keep telling me that at last she can 'come to the shore' as she really really wanna to settle down.
It's difficult to find a man who doesn't mind what's she is doing. I'm happy for her.Of course, with all my blessing......
Yesterday, she told me that Bull cheated her all her savings and left her.
Bull told her that he burn his fingers in the stock market... And able to get a very good 'inside' information and he will earn back everything.
She took all the money and give it to him...... now, he is gone....
mobile number change.... went to the bull's home.... no one answering the door.... nowhere to be seen.

You are so good in wine, YES it is Chablis :beer::beer: Oh, it is a region name, I supposed it is the wine factory name :L:L:L
In the wine list, they suggested 2003 and 2004, is it good year :wondering::wondering::wondering:
Is there any big difference in taste if same "Chablis" region but different factory or brand when I pick another white wine next time :wondering::wondering::wondering:
P.S. Sorry to hear your stories of your friend, it is always deeply hurt when cheated by the one who supposed to trust :afraid::afraid::afraid:

hmmm.... of course there will be differents from different vineyard.
i would say that 03 is explosive while 04 will have more structure.
i prefer 04 more than 03... :victory:
My personnel point of view. It's really depends on what you want.
They all may from region chablis but then, different vineyard in the same region.... same grapes, different terrior , different management... different taste.

The closes word to your mentioned above will be... " St.-Estèphe " .
It's a region in bordeaux and few famous wine from this region might be
Château Cos d'Estournel , Château Montrose, Château Calon-Segur,

This region " St.-Estèphe " is good :wondering::wondering::wondering:

i arranged many wine dinners for press before.. one of my mandate duty as a hotel prm is to invite key media and escort them thruout the event.
though being away from hk for long time... i do keep some good contacts... reggie ho is a fun and lovely guy u must invite.. but he's busy most of the time...
u can also invite eric wong, simon vuo, alice ho (ET), jasmine (ST) and many more... they are very nice ppls.. :P:P:P
my client, bbr, i had alice to wrote a full half page story on their new shop opening, attracted a customer to come and spent over 250K after reading the story.
i also have good contacts for lifestyle magazines, cosmo, elle, jessica, mc... etc. they are especially good if u want to sell those "lady" wines (such as my favourite, white zinfantel).
let me know if u have another event coming up and i'll help pass your invite to them..:givemefive::givemefive:
