No, it is not about the business. It is because the tenancy agreement is due in November, the landlord took the whole 4th floor back for own usage.

地址在上環港澳碼頭，但是俱往矣！問題是那麼多大場結業，技師去了那裡？上哂樓？做開大場未必慣上樓！
