阿 Lu, 各 位 大 佬 , 要 借 車 版 一 用 。

我 個 朋 友 家 裡 兩 個 月 的 BB 女 ， 不 幸 發 現 有 "大 理 石 骨 病 "， 是 香 港 第  3 單 病 例 ， 希 望 借 車 版 發 出 消 息 ， 讓 熱 心 人 能 幫 助 到 有 需 要 的 人 。

Yes, there is only one way to help, please go to "Blood Donation Centre - 任 何 捐 血 中 心 " and then tell them you want to have bone marrow donation "骨 髓 捐 贈 ” ，then they will take your blood sample for matching.

是的﹐需要合適的才可進行﹐但合適的機會很低:L:L:L

需要很多人參加才會增加合適的機會。希望多的熱心人喇 。

比較開心是昨天在捐血中心﹐見到幾個學生因為看見報導而去捐骨髓。雖然後來因為未夠18歲不能捐﹐但他們的熱心令我非常感動:verygood::verygood::verygood:

[b]石 骨 症 女 嬰 找 到 初 步  合 骨 髓[/b]
【 本 報 訊 】 方 爸 爸 過 去 10 天 ， 守 在 兩 個 月 大 女 兒 方 熙 雯 的 床 邊 ， 開 始 晨 暮 不 分 的 等 待 。 熙 雯 患 有 罕 見 的 石 骨 症 ， 肝 臟 開 始 脹 大 ； 看  骨 肉 受 苦 ， 方 爸 爸 在 網 誌 上 撒 下 希 望 的 種 子 ， 呼 籲 有 心 人 捐 骨 髓 ， 讓 女 兒 做 骨 髓 移 植 ， 至 昨 日 終 於 傳 來 喜 訊 ， 醫 院 找 到 初 步  合 的 樣 本 。  

[b]開 始 注 射 干 擾 素[/b]
「 我 只 希 望 佢 快 高 長 大 ， 身 體 健 康 … … 」 熙 雯 是 方 家 的 第 一 名 孩 子 ， 本 月 中 診 斷 患 上 石 骨 症 （ Osteopetrosis ） ， 骨 質 會 不 斷 生 長 、 變 密 ， 令 骨 髓 無 法 製 造 紅 血 球 ， 造 成 骨 折 、 神 經 線 受 壓 ， 不 加 以 治 療 ， 就 不 可 能 活 下 去 ， 「 我 聽 到 唔 敢 相 信 ， 惟 有 盡 量  佢 面 前 堅 強  。 」
此 病 分 三 型 ， 熙 雯 所 患 的 是 最 嚴 重 的 惡 性 嬰 兒 型 ， 每 20 至 30 萬 個 嬰 兒 才 有 一 個 患 病 ， 熙 雯 本 周 初 開 始 注 射 干 擾 素 ， 每 周 兩 次 ， 每 針 數 千 元 ， 「 我   家 都 幾 亂 ， 每 日 都 有 新 情 況 ， 佢  家 聽 覺 無 問 題 ， 我   到 ， 佢 都 有 反 應 。 」
熙 雯 的 主 診 醫 生 、 瑪 麗 醫 院 兒 童 及 青 少 年 科 顧 問 醫 生 夏 修 賢 指 ， 本 港 骨 髓 庫 其 中 四 個 樣 本 初 步  合 ， 而 台 灣 臍 帶 血 庫 亦 有 兩 個  合 樣 本 ， 下 周 初 會 送 往 該 院 。 夏 修 賢 過 去 12 年 遇 過 兩 宗 病 例 ， 其 中 一 人 移 植 骨 髓 後 因 併 發 症 死 亡 ， 另 一 人 手 術 成 功 ， 現 已 六 歲 ， 但 視 力 仍 有 障 礙 。

[font=Times][size=2]Treatment

Interferon gamma-1b (Actimmune) is the only drug approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat osteopetrosis. Injections delay the progress of severe osteopetrosis in both children and adults.

Bone marrow transplantation (BMT) is the only therapy that can completely cure severe malignant infantile osteopetrosis. It replaces the abnormal osteoclasts with normal cells. The survival rate for children with osteopetrosis who undergo BMT is 40 to 70 percent. Because of the high risk of death, this procedure is done only with the most severely affected children where a good bone marrow match can be found.

High doses of calcitriol, an active form of vitamin D, can stimulate osteoclasts responsible for disintegration of old bone and significantly alleviate symptoms of severe disease in some individuals.

When bone overgrowth deforms the shape of the skull, surgery may be required to relieve pressure on the brain. Orthodontic treatment is sometimes necessary to correct malocclusion, a condition that shifts the position of the teeth and makes closing the mouth impossible.

Physical and occupational therapy can help children reach their full potential and adults to retain function and independence. Speech therapy is often needed in young children, because the heavy skeleton can cause language delays even in children of normal intelligence. Professional counseling can help children and their families cope with the emotional aspects of deformed features.[/size][/font]

上星期某天睡不著, 在商台度聽到關於她的事. 好想去試下, 不過第二日就上左大陸, 昨天又怱怱的回長雲島. 所以冇時間去捐血中心. 下次回港一定會去捐血.

那麼漂亮的bb, 祝佢早日康復.
