請問各位在上海的師兄怎樣上 xocat :help:？在上海時我一般在咖啡店上網，但總是上不到 xocat，找當地朋友試也是說上不到。

有冇人試過用proxy或web-代理 去上一D被大陸block咗的網址(e.g.,google.com或goodwaiter.com等網頁)?
