投訴HP電腦公司換機問題
:victory: 本人買了1部HP電腦M系列機,在買機7天內發現上網時屏幕影像出現振動及播放DVD時屏幕影像出現干擾橫紋,我聯絡技術支援部換機,職員說找到問題原因才可換機,經過6次的檢查,都是發現機是出現了問題,但找不到原因,最後的1次檢查只是將我的電腦主機換了機箱內的所有零件,沒有將電腦換新機,我電話聯絡HP技術及客户服務部主管賀小姐(May)及沙先生,最後回覆,我的電腦型號己停產,現換1部A系列型號頂替,但是這型號廠方也是停產了,這是我問HP電腦消售部李小姐得知,我覺得HP電腦公司應該換1部和我買的電腦系列一樣的M系列機給我,不應換1部A系列及廠方己停產機給我,我現在正尋求解决方法.

應該只是display card 或onboard display chip gei 問題
不明白hp 為什麼沒有硬件更換

Ken11915, what is the reply from them now after you complain again ? if the computer has problem (from manufacture) within 7 days then you should be able for replacement for the new one or with the same level replacement computer.
