Last time I asked about it from the manager in 18. He told me that HJ is provided but if you ask most of the girls can provide ML instead without extra charge. I didn't brother to verify that myself since I picked up a girl I like from the show.
That's only what I heard from 18. I have no idea how other sauna does.

Because unlike Sauna in Hong Kong, ML in Macau's Sauna is a basic / standard service! Of course you can always ask for HJ instead but ML is already included in the package.

ML with a 上海式. Never thought about it before. Will ask the 18 manager next time. In fact I am more interested in a 師傳工 (not 大脾根) lady there. I guess only 大脾根 can do in a private room. Wonder if there is any chance that a non-大脾根 師傳工 can do it in a private room.
