新股陸續有來 — 百麗控股

據市場消息指，中國最大女鞋零售商百麗控股，終獲港交所(0388-HK)批准上市，將於下周一(23日)起展開首次公開發行的推介活動，計劃籌資7.5-10億美元(約58.5至78億元)；發售股數約佔擴大後股本20%，承銷商為瑞信及摩根士丹利。
早前有消息指，由於上市委員會認為百麗有若干重要資料披露欠詳盡，令百麗未獲准上市。

新股熱潮持續，代理港人熟悉品牌如Nike和adidas的內地鞋業龍頭百麗集團(Belle)，以及總部設於香港的互太紡織(Pacific Textiles)將於下周展開投資者推介，合共集資約12.5億美元(約97.5億元)。
市場消息指，百麗將於5月第二周公開招股，第三周上市，集資約10億美元(約78億元)；據悉，百麗將引入一國際知名品牌作策略性投資者，其保薦人為大摩及瑞信。
另據消息指，互太紡織已通過上市聆訊，集資額最多2.5億美元(約19.5億元)，保薦人為花旗及摩根士丹利；互太總部設於香港，生產基地則位於廣東省番禺，公司生產的全棉、化纖和彈性布類，月產量達600萬磅以上。

據《香港經濟日報》引述消息指，內地女裝鞋業商百麗控股，獲得法國LVMH集團以策略性投資者身份入股10%，涉資高達7.8億元，禁售期12個月。
資料顯示，LVMH去年入股新宇亨得利(3389-HK)，其後增持至7.24%，今年1月LVMH讓旗下意大利品牌奧瑪仕(OMAS)，把其高級書寫用品及皮革製品的大中華區代理權，全權授予主要代理高檔手錶品牌的新宇亨得利。
另外，百麗定價擬高於07年預測市盈率約30倍，與同業相若；據保薦人摩根士丹利研究報告，市場上可與百麗比較的公司為永恩(0210-HK)及李寧(2331-HK)，兩者07年預測市盈率分別約30倍和42倍。
接近承銷團消息指，百麗計劃發行14億股，佔總股本比例為17%；早於05年入股的摩根士丹利私募基金，將佔百麗上市後4%股權。

新股市場稍作休息後，重磅股將出籠。內地女裝鞋業龍頭百麗控股今（３日）舉行投資者推介會，消息指百麗招股價介乎每股５﹒３５元至６﹒２０元，即等如２００７年預測市盈率２７倍至３３倍，集資額達８７億元。
消息透露，獲ＬＶＭＨ入股１０％的百麗，將於下周三（９日）起招股，至１４日中午截止。定價日為５月１６日，並於５月２３日上市。
百麗將發行１４億股，以招股價範圍計，集資額約為７４﹒９億至８７億元。百麗的市盈率介乎同類型公司永恩（０２１０）的約２０倍與李寧（２３３１）的４２倍之間。保薦人為摩根士丹利及瑞信。

Many bank processing IPO like hang sang bank, HSBC, most of the big bank offer the margin with standard interst as well

Hang Seng - margin interest @ 4.9X%
Brokers - margin interest @ around 6%
