Normally, when 3G is not covered, it will automatically switch to 2G, however, i think PCCW is not too stable, just the beginning of their 3G business. Remember PCCW acquire Sunday and then launch their 3G business?
Furthermore, dont expect too much, originally the coverage of Sunday is not good at all.
