請問：

現時我家現時使用IMS 6m(ATM), 另一Now 電視則另一條獨立線，請問我可不可以透過Now 的modem 上IMS呢

原理上當然係得..!
但點樣係佢個 now TV modem 到...拉到條lan 出黎比PC 用呢.
因為佢應該都係靠個 解碼器去登入...

yes, it is ok. but the easiest way is to WiFi the network rather than stealing that line

now have one plan $175 per nonth for broadband acess and free now TV with about 15 free channels.
only one moden is provided.

理論上係可以，但你既然本身條線都上到，為可要用now tv 的那一個呢??

Now may block your port into the internet, since you do not pay for the internet access option of Now.  Also Now alone is using 3/4M for video streaming so Now's internet access may not be better than your IMS.

For technical only, Now's modem to the Set-top-box is already on IP. So all you need is to connect a router/switch between the modem to the Set-top-box. ie :
Now's phoneline ----> Modem ----> Router/switch ----> PC and the Set-top-box
