i cannot say he has done little, but it seems that he's not high profile enough for the public to recognize him.

Yeah!.... his mouth seems keep shut! Don't know why he can represent Insurance. Where he comes from? What company he work for? Who vote him?

高調低調不是問題，主要應為保險業界爭取權益。
