想問１８拉大脾根是否在休息室拉, 及時間幾耐要加幾錢

You can have the 大脾根 in the resting area or in a private room.
Of course, those ladies will not touch your Jer Jer in the resting area. They will only do so if inside a private room. 大脾根 costs about $130 for 25 mins.:)

Those ladies in 18 also provide extra services. You have to pay 3 Hrs. for only 2 Hrs. services (incl. extra services). Ladies in 18 most likely are local in their ages of around 30-40.
