蜜汁露酒梅子雞中翼
材料: 急凍雞中翼------15隻
frozen mid-joint chicken wings 15
梅子------3枚
plums 3
薑------4片
ginger 4 slices
b絲------適量
spring onion shreds
製法: 1. 雞中翼解凍,去骨,洗淨,拌勻醃 1 小時。
Defrost chichken wings and bone. Rinse and marinate for 1 hour.
2. 燒熱鑊下油 1 湯匙,放入雞中翼用中小火煎至兩面金黃色,下薑絲炒香,加入梅子肉及調味料煮至雞中翼全熟及汁液收少,上碟伴上b絲。
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok. Fry chicken wings over medium-low heat until both sides turn golden brown. Add ginger shreds and stir fry until fragrant.Add plums and seasoning. Cook until chicken wings are done and the sauce is thickened. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
