匯港通訊>   據新華文軒保薦人中銀國際報告透露,該集團計劃未來3-5年,最多斥資11.05億元人民幣(下同),擴展零售網點及拓展四川省外教科書的發行系統,其中前者投資佔3.14-5.36億元。

報導指出,新華文軒將成為本港首家上市的書店,參考其親屬公司 A 股上海新華傳媒及國際上同類型股份,認為其去年合理市盈率約13-16倍,為該 A 股今年預測市盈率64倍的20%;而其合理價值為59-73億元。

新華文軒過去數年均獲國家稅務優惠及財務支持,包括退回發行教科書增值稅款、財政補貼國企重組,令去年有效所得稅率僅得1.1%,遠低於05年的20%,故帶動期內盈利增長11%至3.02億元,但優惠期將於09年屆滿。

中銀國際預期,該股擬未來數年的派息比率為15-30%,教科書及教育材料銷售為其主要收入來源,是去年總收入22.2億元的82%,零售業務佔16%,但毛利率分別為39%及33%,整體毛利率為38%,較上海新華傳媒的28%為高。

this is not a good stock and 80% income is come from a contact.........

對佢期望唔大, 原因係冇抽到
