Finally, I find a channel to buy this fund, but which is not authorised for HK residents.

Any brother has any experience for this fund?

Morgan Stanley is very active in the property markets in HK and China.

I remembered it bought some buildings in HK at a very low price right after the SARS. Also, it bought several commercial buildings in ShangHai sometimes ago. Although the current price has already affected the value, but the view and management should be very excellent amt the competitors.
