在深圳皇崗 / 水圍買樓值不值得？

我 想 在 大 陸 找 個 竇 口 包 二 奶 ， 一 些 四 百 呎 左 近 的 房 間 ， 租 金 約 二 千 多 圓 ， 但 售 價 也 僅 是 四 十 多 萬 ， 若 拿 了 三 成 首 期 ， 供 也 差 不 多 。

1 ) 敝 除 包 二 奶 的 用 途 ， 我 想 問 現 時 在 深 圳 皇 崗 / 水 圍 一 帶 買 樓 好 不 好 ？

2 ) 深 圳 ， 尤 其 皇 崗 / 水 圍 一 帶 的 樓 價 後 市 點 睇 ？

3 ) 在 深 圳 買 樓 有 什 麼 地 方 要 注 意 ？

包 二 奶 is very troublesome... Avoid it brother,,,

bought an apartment would have a lot of expenses and matter to follow, especially if you later break up with your 二 奶, an apartment would be a piece of SHIT and endless trouble.....

Rent it for about 30-60 RMB per square metre would be MUCH better...

Better not buy and just rent.....
because you will have many 二 奶...later....
one will not satisfy your need !!

From a numerical view, the thought of buying an apartment for "she" instead of renting came up to me too, she is not 二 奶.

However at this moment I decide not to because I am unfamiliar with the estate market and the mainly is I DONT KNOW WHEN I WILL GET BORED WITH HER OR SHE WILL DUMP ME!!!!!!

100% sq. M....

basically new apartment would be +600-800,,,, better one +1000 and the best one is +1300-1500 in SZ....

Renting a decent apartment is just 2000 - 2500, a smaller one could be around 1500,,,, and in remote area (South Hill) could be around 1000-1500...

Why buy one if you can rent so cheap?

現左深圳樓價太貴啦...
