hkicpa 需要在有ASAE的公司工作三年,如無,有什麼方法解決?

請問大家有冇其他方法解決,因不想為了此三年而轉工.

If the registered student's employer cannot be register as an AE and he/she cannot find anyone within the organisation to act as an AS, but he/she is engaged in accounting related duties, the student is allowed to apply to HKICPA for the assignment of an External AS such that the student working experience would still be regarded as having acquired under an AE/AS. Applications will be considered by the HKICPA on an individual merit basis provided that the student is sponsered by his / her employer (Sponsoring Employer) and there is a supervisor (Sponsoring Supervisor) who is able to provide adequate coaching and guidance to the student. Requirements and procedures for the student to apply for the assignment of an External AS will be announced by HKICPA in due course.
